Handmade in small batches in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, our pretzels are crafted using professional baking techniques, hand-shaped forms, and oven-baked to achieve a deep golden crust with a soft, chewy interior.
There’s no added seasoning or flavoring added to the pretzel by design. Just a perfectly balanced pretzel that highlights the quality of the dough, the bake, and the craft behind it. It’s versatile enough to stand on its own, serve as the base for burgers and brats, or pair with dips, spreads, and seasonal toppings.

About the Founder
I grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, surrounded by flour-dusted countertops and the smell of fresh bread. From a young age, I worked in our family bakery, learning hands-on and developing a deep respect for timely techniques and quality ingredients.
I later attended the University of Minnesota, where I continued my interests and perspective, but ultimately found that my true education had always been happening where it mattered most: in the bakery. Years of daily, hands-on experience taught me what can’t be learned from textbooks. Over time, I mastered the art of baking through repetition, and a genuine love for the process.
While working in the bakery, I began to notice a gap in the market. High-quality pretzel products like ours were widely available to restaurants and retailers, but rarely accessible directly to the people who actually wanted them at home. I believed customers deserved the same fresh, handcrafted pretzels that professionals relied on, without needing to be a restaurant buyer to get them.
That realization led to the creation of Cream City Pretzels: a way to bring Milwaukee-made, bakery-quality pretzels straight to your door. Every product we ship reflects the care, and tradition I grew up with the idea of baked fresh, made by hand, and meant to be shared.
